为进一步加强与全球合作伙伴间的学术交流，深化开拓教育国际化项目，为师生国际交流搭建平台，3月27日上午，上海第二工业大学2024年全球合作伙伴周在学校学术交流中心开幕。上海教育国际交流协会秘书长李维平，来自全球12个国家和地区的19所高校（企业）的校长、专家、代表应邀出席。校党委书记陆敏、校长谢华清、副校长丁力，以及师生代表等共同参加了活动。开幕式由国际交流处处长、港澳台事务办公室主任姚莉主持。
For reinforcing the academic exchanges with global partners, deepening the development of international education projects, and building a platform for international exchanges between teachers and students, the 2024 Global Partner Week of Shanghai Polytechnic University opened at the Academic Exchange Center on the morning of March 27th, 2024. Li Weiping, General Secretary of International Education Association Shanghai, principals, experts, and representatives from 19 universities (enterprises) from 12 countries and regions around the world were invited to the opening ceremony. Secretary of the Party Committee of SSPU, Lu Min, President Xie Huaqing, Vice President Ding Li, and representatives of teachers and students jointly participated in the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Yao Li, Director of the International Exchange Office and Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office.
陆敏致欢迎辞并宣布上海第二工业大学2024年全球合作伙伴周开幕。陆敏表示，经过十年发展，伙伴周已成为学校与全球合作伙伴开展合作与交流的重要平台，二工大目前已与38个国家和地区的171所高校和机构建立稳定的合作关系。希望以本次活动为契机，与全球合作伙伴共同探讨合作新模式，共享知识、经验和资源，共同开创教育国际化的新篇章。
Mr. Lu delivered a welcome speech and announced the opening of 2024 Global Partnership Week of Shanghai Polytechnic University. He stated that the Partner Week has become an important platform for SSPU’s cooperation and communication with global partners after ten-year-long development. Now, SSPU has established stable cooperative relationships with 171 universities and institutions from 38 countries and regions. It’s hoped that this event would provide an opportunity for SSPU to explore new modes of cooperation, and share knowledge, experience, and resources with global partners, and jointly create a new chapter in the internationalization of education.
李维平代表上海教育国际交流协会向上海第二工业大学2024年全球合作伙伴周开幕表示祝贺。他说，学校积极探索符合应用型高等教育办学规律、具有学校特色的国际化道路，并取得了积极成效。希望中外高校加强教学科研全方位合作，深化人文交流，取得更多、更好的合作成果。上海教育国际交流协会将继续充分发挥民间对外教育交流的独特优势，一如既往地支持包括上海第二工业大学在内的本市教育机构积极实施国际化战略，开展形式多样、注重实效的国际交流与合作，提升教育对外开放内涵和水平。
Li Weiping, on behalf of the International Education Association Shanghai, congratulated SSPU on the opening of the 2024 Global Partnership Week. He said that SSPU actively explored an international path that conformed to the laws of applied higher education and its-unique-oriented characteristics, and has achieved positive results. It’s hoped that Chinese and foreign universities can strengthen comprehensive cooperation in teaching and research, deepen cultural exchanges, and achieve more and better cooperation results. The Shanghai Education International Exchange Association will continue to make full use of the unique advantages of private education exchanges with foreign countries, and continue to support educational institutions in Shanghai, including SSPU, to actively implement internationalization strategies, carry out diverse and practical international exchanges and cooperation, and elevate the connotation and level of educational opening up.
谢华清向与会嘉宾介绍了二工大的办学定位、办学特色，和学校近年来在人才培养、学科建设、产教融合、国际交流与合作等方面的发展与成果。
Mr. Xie introduced to the attending guests about the educational positioning and characteristics of SSPU, as well as its recent development and achievements in talents cultivation, discipline construction, integration of industry and education, international exchange and cooperation.
开幕式上，谢华清代表学校分别与德国TechProtect公司总经理阿明·基恩尔（Armin Kienle） 签署了校企合作备忘录；与保加利亚鲁塞大学副校长加林娜· 伊万诺娃（Galina Ivanova）签署了校际合作备忘录。李维平和陆敏共同见证签约。
At the opening ceremony, on behalf of SSPU, Mr. Xie respectively signed a memorandum of understanding on university- enterprise cooperation with Armin Kienle, the general manager of TechProtect Germany; and Galina Ivanova, Vice President of the University of Russe in Bulgaria. Li Weiping and Lu Min witnessed the signing ceremony.
据悉，2024年全球合作伙伴周期间，学校还将举行学术沙龙、学生海外项目推介会、合作项目对接洽谈、中国文化体验——茶艺展示、校园参观、上海参访等一系列丰富多彩的活动。
It is reported that SSPU will hold a series of colorful activities during the 2024 Global Partner Week, such as academic salons, promotion meetings for student overseas project, docking negotiations for cooperation project, Chinese cultural experiences - tea art exhibitions, campus visits, and Shanghai visits.

The annual Global Partner Week is a significant measure for SSPU to deepen international cooperation, broaden its international perspective, and improve its educational level. In recent years, our university has been committed to cultivate highly-skilled, responsible-valued and fully-internationalized innovative talents. Internationalization cannot be achieved without extensive foreign cooperation and exchanges. With the Global Partner Week platform, SSPU has established close connections with excellent universities and enterprises all over the world, and has conducted in-depth exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields such as talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services. SSPU will continue to accelerate the pace of educational internationalization in the process of reform and development, and strive to write a new chapter in educational internationalization.
